What is the LSWB?

LAITR developed a 130-page (12 section) Life Skills Workbook (LSWB) to provide those who are incarcerated with interactive exercises and materials they can complete independently. LSWB Workshops are being offered as a group service to supplement the material and ensure understanding and translation of the education and resources provided in each section. The LSWB can be used in a variety of correctional and non-correctional settings.

LSWB Topics

LSWB topics use a combination of evidence-based strategies such as guided discovery and motivational interviewing to engage clients in meaningful and thoughtful work.
